About Beba Bajalski
Beba is a business advisor, a professional negotiator and an effective communication educator.
Beba Bajalski was born in Belgrade. Her father was Risto Bajalski, famous Yugoslavian journalist, who worked as chief correspondent from Moscow, of major national newspaper "Politika". Due to her father’s posting abroad she moves to Moscow where she finished respected Theater Art Institute of "GITIS" as graduate actress and TV shows creator-host. After that she was certified by Institute of Public Relations (IPR) in London and later she gets her Cambridge International Business Diploma. Beba defended her Master degree in 2016 at University of Belgrade on subject "Power in the process of negotiations". In April 2017 she was speaker at International Conference "Knowledge without borders" on the subject "An ethical approach to business negotiation". In 2017, she was certified by the Serbian State Security and Defense Center "ICOB" as an educator. Beba Bajalski wrote motivational book "Let's have no fear" – the book which will encourage you to take action for a good life. In 2019 Beba wrote specialized book "The power of negotiations".
Beba starts her business career as director’s assistant in Moscow Representative Office of top ranking Yugoslavian company "Invest-Import". Later she becomes chief representative in Moscow rep-office of German transport company "Froesch KG". After that she worked for many years as a main communicator and negotiator - covering trading operations at Russian and Uzbek Territories for Swiss company "Euromin S.A.", which was metal trading department of one of the biggest oil traders in the world "Vitol". Later major part of "Euromin S.A." transforms into British company "Ocean Partners Ltd." from London, where Beba continues to work at the same position. Through those years Beba gains a lot of international business experience.
As a major specialist for talks between the regions of Russia, Uzbekistan and the West, she works as an International Negotiations Advisor. She is educator in effective business and private communication, preparing clients for public and media performances. Beba provides lessons on effective communication in international negotiations.
Beba Bajalski is polyglot, a member of the Association of Translators of Serbia and speaks Serbian, English and Russian. Since 2003 she is a member of the WWF - World Wildlife Fund for Nature and she has the status of the "Guardian of Earth" for her contribution to the preservation of Nature and animals.
